Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our eco-friendly carpet and upholstery cleaning services. If you are not completely satisfied with our work, we will make it right.

Service Re-Performance

If you are not satisfied with the cleaning results, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We will return to re-perform the service at no additional charge, provided:

• The issue is reported within 48 hours
• The concern relates to the quality of our workmanship
• No additional damage has occurred since service completion

Refund Policy

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

• Service was not performed as scheduled through no fault of the customer
• Service was cancelled by us due to circumstances beyond our control
• Customer cancels service with at least 24 hours notice before scheduled time

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Services already completed and accepted
• Damage to items that were not properly disclosed before service
• Pre-existing conditions that cannot be improved through cleaning
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before scheduled service

Subscription Cancellations

For subscription services, you may cancel at any time with 30 days written notice. You will continue to receive services until the end of your current billing period.

How to Request a Return or Refund

To request service re-performance or a refund:

1. Contact us within 48 hours of service completion
2. Provide details about your concern
3. Allow us the opportunity to address the issue
4. If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-10 business days

Limitations

Our return policy applies only to services provided directly by us. We are not responsible for:

• Damage caused by pre-existing conditions
• Issues resulting from improper maintenance after service
• Natural wear and tear of materials
• Damage from external factors beyond our control
